Born 22.10.1936 in Yosipivka village, Vilshani region, Kirovograd oblast
1956-1961 studied in Grekovs Odessa art school
1964-1970 studied in Mukhinas Leningrad High art school
1970-1971 transition to main stylistics. Orientation to the emotional
abstraction.
Living in Odessa (Ukraine). Working in the sphere of the easel and
monumental painting. Member of the Ukrainian National union of artist.
Works of V. Tsupko are kept in art museums (Odessa, Ivano-Frankivsk,
Khmelnitsky, etc.)
